We extend our gratitude to everyone who participated in the Community Appreciation Awards 2024 by casting their votes. The nominations we received were truly outstanding, making the task of selecting finalists a challenging one for our judging panel.
This moment allows us to honor all the remarkable individuals who contribute so much to our community. These awards serve as a poignant reminder of just how fortunate we are as a diaspora community; surrounded by such dedicated and inspiring people.

The Community Appreciation Awards are offered in 5 categories, check out the nominations received in each category:
Cultural (Contributions to Irish Culture in NSW)
Community Contribution (people who have made a valuable contribution to the community, either through their work, volunteering or other)

Nominations closed on Friday 31st May.
All nomination applications will be reviewed by the judging panel, and a shortlist of 3 nominations will be created for each category.
Nominees who have been shortlisted will be notified of their nomination by 14th June 2024.
The public vote will commence on the 17th June 2024 and close on the 17th July 2024.
The judging panel will take into consideration the public vote, and make their final decision on Saturday 27th July.
All finalists will be invited to the Ball as guests of the Irish Support Agency.
Winners will be announced at the Ball on the 27th July.
