Awareness of breath
Sitting meditation
Mindful movement and walking the earth meditation.
All of the above to be explored with a view to slowly incorporating them into our everyday lives.

This course is facilitated by Máire Ni Bhriain B.A. in Humanities and B.Ed. in Education and qualified MBSR facilitator with the Institute of mindfulness - based approaches, (IMA), Germany
