During this 60 minute practical & interactive session we'll explore evidence-based tools and techniques to help you press pause, get to know the real you, and make a slower, more connected way of living and working the rule vs. the exception.

Participants can expect:

- Group dialogue

- Self reflection exercises

- Micro practices to do throughout their day inc. breathing techniques & other tools to create space

- Relevant & applicable examples to apply to life at home/at work
