1. What was the main reason you chose NOT to progress with SOLAS counselling support?

There was no option to nominate a specific staff member and I had concerns that a person known to me would be involved in my SOLAS journey

I was not yet ready to discuss how I was really feeling

I felt overwhelmed by the volume of information

I did not have access to technology to allow me to complete the assessment

I did not want to engage in discussions about my ability to pay

I was embarrassed admitting I would need to be fully subsidised

I felt the baseline assessment by the ISA was intrusive

There were limited options for face-to-face support at the time

I had concerns about the confidentiality of the process
